Each Bangladesh player may hold only one ivibet account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited. Your account is personal and non-transferable under any circumstances.
All transactions on ivibet are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are subject to minimum and maximum limits set out in the Cashier section and may change without prior notice.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers are subject to specific wagering requirements and validity periods stated at the time of the offer. ivibet reserves the right to withdraw any bonus that has been claimed in breach of these Terms.

Fraud, collusion, use of automated betting software, exploitation of system errors, money laundering, and underage gambling are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and fund forfeiture.

Age Restriction: ivibet is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use the Platform. Persons under 18 are prohibited from using ivibet under any circumstances.
To be eligible to register and use an ivibet account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:
ivibet reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension until verification is completed.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on ivibet. Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one ivibet account — whether directly or through a third party — is a material breach of these Terms. ivibet reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and permanently forfeit any balances held within them.
You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information when registering your ivibet account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and the mobile number or email address associated with your preferred payment method. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. ivibet will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from a failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify ivibet immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
ivibet operates a mandatory KYC process. Before processing your first withdrawal, you will be required to submit valid identification documents, including a government-issued photo ID and proof of your payment method ownership. ivibet may request additional documentation at any time to comply with its anti-money laundering obligations. Withdrawals will remain on hold until KYC verification is successfully completed.
ivibet currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Bangladesh-native payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ivibet does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own service charges.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed within your account Cashier at the time of deposit. ivibet reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice. VIP members may be entitled to elevated deposit limits at the discretion of their assigned account manager.
Withdrawal requests submitted by verified members are typically processed within one to four hours for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) during standard BST operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. ivibet will not be responsible for delays caused by the member's payment provider or bank. Diamond-tier VIP members are entitled to same-day withdrawal processing as set out in the VIP Programme terms.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. ivibet will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. This policy is in place to protect members from fraud and to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.
All funds deposited into your ivibet account must originate from a source that legally belongs to you. ivibet reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds where a deposit appears inconsistent with your known profile or where it raises any concern under anti-money laundering screening.
All bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards, are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented to you. Where any conflict exists between these general Terms and a specific bonus promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports bets), and validity period will be stated clearly at the time the bonus is offered. Stakes placed on games excluded from bonus wagering will not count toward the requirement.
ivibet operates a strict zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same welcome bonus more than once; placing opposing bets (arbitrage) to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk; using automated systems or bots to meet wagering requirements; and any other conduct that ivibet reasonably determines constitutes an attempt to exploit a promotional offer in bad faith. ivibet reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and to close accounts in such cases.
The welcome bonus is capped at ৳20,000 as advertised. The welcome bonus is available to new members on their first qualifying deposit only. Players who have previously held an ivibet account under any identity are not eligible for the welcome bonus.
All bets placed on ivibet are subject to acceptance by the Platform. ivibet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its absolute discretion, including where it suspects a bet has been placed on the basis of information not publicly available, where a market is suspended, or where a technical error has resulted in an incorrect price being displayed.
In the event that ivibet publishes an obviously incorrect price due to a human or system error — commonly referred to as a "palpable error" — ivibet reserves the right to void any bets placed at that price, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. Settlement of a bet does not constitute a binding waiver of this right where a palpable error is subsequently identified.
If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed for more than 24 hours, or fails to complete for any reason, ivibet reserves the right to declare all unsettled markets on that event void and to return stakes to members' accounts. In-play bets that have already been settled prior to the abandonment will generally stand, subject to the specific sport rules in effect at the time.
Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market as set out in the Platform's current bet limits schedule, available within the betting interface. ivibet reserves the right to impose additional limits on the maximum stake or payout for any individual member at any time without explanation.
The ivibet casino library includes live dealer games powered by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi, as well as digital slot games from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and other providers. All digital games use certified random number generation (RNG) software. The Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are as declared by the respective game provider and are available on request.
ivibet is not responsible for any service interruption caused by a third-party game provider, including disconnections during live dealer sessions. Where a disconnection occurs mid-round in a live game, the outcome of that round will be determined by the game provider's own technical logs. ivibet will make every reasonable effort to ensure the correct resolution is applied to your account balance following any such incident.
Game availability may vary and certain titles may be withdrawn from the lobby without advance notice in the event that the provider's licence, certification, or service agreement is affected. ivibet will not compensate members for the removal of specific game titles.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ivibet Platform. Engaging in any of them will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances, including any pending withdrawals:
ivibet reserves the right to suspend or close any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, that fraudulent or abusive activity has occurred, or where it is required to do so for security, legal, or compliance reasons.
Where an account is closed by ivibet due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including Real Money Balance, bonus credits, and pending winnings — may be forfeited at ivibet's discretion. Where an account is closed at the member's own request and no breach has occurred, the verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the member's registered payment method after completion of any pending KYC requirements.
Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. The closure process will be completed within five business days of receipt of the request. Any outstanding bonus balances will be forfeited on voluntary closure.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, scrape, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of ivibet.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ivibet and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and game provider partners shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failures; interruption to live betting markets during a sporting event; delays in withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers; or loss of access to your account due to factors outside ivibet's reasonable control.
ivibet's total aggregate liability to any member in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real money funds deposited by that member in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by ivibet's negligence, or for any other form of liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
ivibet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ivibet will notify registered members by email or via an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the revised Terms take effect. For minor clarifications or non-material changes, the updated Terms may be published on this page without advance notice.
Your continued use of the ivibet Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 9.3 of these Terms. The version date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last updated.
